On the fourth of July, 1996 Tony and Dianna Dunn bought the bakery. After the first day, they realized this was a losing proposition and immediately decided to add a cafe.

The bakery has been added on and remodeled four times and is now open from Wednesday to Sunday for breakfast and lunch.

All pastries are made from scratch every day using only the finest ingredients. All breads, pastries, cakes, pies,and rolls are also home-made.
